EGGPLANT SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE (200gr)

This recipe comes from the monks of Agion Oros, based on eggplant, red pepper slices and feta cheese enhanced with the aroma of parsley and of course preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
You could use it as a salad, or as a sauce for your spaghetti, add a tablespoon of this sauce to your green salad for extra taste, or even create a special yoghurt sauce by adding a tablespoon of this sauce to 250grams of yoghurt.
