Ingredients
3 large ripe tomatoes

2 cucumbers, peeled and cut in circles
1 medium onion, sliced
3-4 spring onions
Olives
2 hard boiled eggs (optional)
Salt & Pepper
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
150 grams feta cheese
1 teaspoon of OUR BLEND FOR GREEK SALAD
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in 6-8 wedges each. Put them in a deep bowl. aPeel the cucumbers. Slice them and put them in the bowl. Add the sliced onion and the spring onions cut in small pieces. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in 4 wedges each.
Put them into the bowl and continue with the olives (optional) and salt and pepper. Then add the olive oil and finish with the feta cheese. Finally sprinkle the blend for Greek Salad.
