We had a lot of clients and businesses (bakeries, caterers etc) interested in buying our olive oil in bulk. For this reason we created a 17 liter tin with our extra virgin olive oil from Sitia. The maximum acidity is 0.3 and the taste is divine.
So if you love oil and you consume it on a daily basis then why avoid the small bottles and excess packaging and buy a tin that you will use for a long time.
Olive Oil does not go off, it is a great preservative itself.
