This blend of herbs and spices is very famous in Greece because it gives a sweet and warm aroma. You could use it for a traditional "stifado" with shallots or an aromatic casserole meal.

Bay leaves, Whole garlic cloves, Allspice, Chilly Pepper, Sweet Bukovo (variety of greek hot and sweet peppers),cinamon stick, salt (thick granules).

A blend of herbs and spices that will help you travel from Greece to India and then return home via France. We have added strong flavours that blend well with chicken. You could follow our recipe or marinate the chicken portions in this blend with two tablespoons of olive oil and put them in the grill.
