TZATZIKI DIP
YOGHURT AND GARLIC DIP


250-300 grams of Greek style yoghurt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 very small cucumber grated (optional)
1 tablespoon of our BLEND FOR TZATZIKI 

If you use the grated cucumber make sure that you crush it in your hands to get rid of the excess water and leave it in a colander to strain.
 
In a bowl mix the yoghurt, olive oil, BLEND FOR TZATZIKI and cucumber.

Cover it with silver foil and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
It is an excellent dip for vegetables, fried courgettes, meatballs or you could enrich your burgers or wraps.
